Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Get More Sundays handles personal information when you visit getmoresundays.com, request our annuity guide through a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form, contact us, or arrange a related conversation by email, telephone, or Zoom. Our current campaign serves adults in Wisconsin.
At a glance: We use your information to deliver the guide, follow up about your request, and arrange an optional conversation with a participating licensed insurance professional. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We communicate by email, telephone, and Zoom. Any call or meeting recording requires notice and consent.
1. Who operates Get More Sundays
Get More Sundays is operated by Daniil Gaynulaev, doing business as Aspect One, an individual based in Armenia who also uses the name Daniel in communications. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operation.

2. Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, email address, telephone number, and location information you provide, such as state or ZIP code.
- Retirement interests: age or age range, retirement timeline, questions about annuities, and preferences you choose to share through an available form or during follow-up. Not every item is requested in every form.
- Voluntary follow-up information: a general savings or investable-assets range and related retirement goals you choose to discuss privately with us or the participating professional. We do not request savings, income, net worth, or account details in Facebook or Instagram Instant Forms.
- Communication and appointment records: emails, call details, appointment information, notes, and records of notices, permissions, and contact preferences.
- Recordings, when agreed: audio or video of a telephone call or Zoom meeting, as described below.
- Source and technical information: lead-submission dates, campaign and form identifiers, and information used by hosting or enabled measurement services, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, and cookie or similar identifiers.
We receive information directly from you, from Meta when you submit an Instant Form, and from services used to handle communications, hosting, and appointments. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, account credentials, policy numbers, or financial statements to us.
3. How we use information
We use information to deliver the educational guide; answer questions; follow up by email or telephone about your request and annuity interests; arrange and manage an optional conversation by telephone or Zoom; understand the preferences you voluntarily share; maintain communication choices; and address security, fraud-prevention, or legal matters.
When website analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, we use permitted technical and event information to understand visits, measure advertising results, and improve our communications. The tools and choices are explained in Section 9.
Receiving the guide or arranging a conversation does not require a purchase. This policy describes our data practices; it does not by itself authorize a recording or replace any separate notice or permission required for a particular communication.
5. Telephone and Zoom recordings
If we propose recording a call or meeting, we will notify you and obtain the required consent before recording begins. You may decline recording or ask for it to stop; an unrecorded conversation can be arranged. Where agreed, recordings are used to document the discussion, support follow-up, and review service quality.
A recording is retained for up to two calendar months after it was made, subject to the limited exceptions below.
6. How long we retain information
We retain ordinary prospect, appointment, and communication records in our active systems for up to two calendar months after your most recent interaction with us. We then delete or de-identify those records unless a limited retention exception applies. Recordings follow the separate two-month period above.
We may retain the minimum information needed for a legal obligation, to document consent or resolve a dispute, or to honor a request not to contact you. A minimal suppression record may therefore be retained longer so that deleted contact details are not inadvertently added to future follow-up.
Copies in restricted backups or recovery systems may remain until they expire under the applicable provider’s retention processes. This schedule applies to copies controlled by Get More Sundays. The participating professional may retain their own records under their separate obligations and privacy notice.
The two-month schedule covers lead, appointment, and communication records we control. Website logs, cookie identifiers, analytics, and advertising data are separate technical records and may follow the relevant provider’s configured retention periods. We do not represent that Meta or Google deletes its own platform records after two months.
7. Where information is processed
We operate from Armenia and serve Wisconsin residents. Your information may be accessed from Armenia and processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy protections and legal requirements can differ between locations.
8. Your choices and requests
You can email daniel@aspect-one.org to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control, or to ask us to stop contacting you. You may also tell us during a call or use an unsubscribe link included in an email, where provided.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify a request and will explain if an obligation or exception limits what we can do. We will handle applicable privacy rights in accordance with the law. Requests concerning a professional’s independently maintained records may need to be directed to that professional.
9. Website cookies, measurement, and security
Current policy page. This policy page does not load Meta Pixel or Google Analytics and does not itself send Conversions API events. Our planned website measurement tools are described below; naming them here does not mean they are already active.
- Meta Pixel: when enabled on our website, browser-based technology may send Meta permitted information about page visits and actions, together with device, browser, IP address, and cookie identifiers, to measure advertising and support permitted ad personalization.
- Meta Conversions API: when enabled in our systems, a server connection may send Meta permitted conversion events and matching identifiers. Where used, email addresses and telephone numbers are hashed for matching. Hashing does not make the data anonymous. This connection can work independently of browser cookies.
- Google Analytics: when enabled, analytics technology helps us understand visits, devices, referral sources, and website use. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, recordings, or financial information as Google Analytics event data.
We do not send savings amounts, asset ranges, income, financial-account details, private financial discussions, or recordings through Meta Pixel or Conversions API. These details must not be included in event parameters, page addresses, or audience criteria sent through those tools.
Your tracking choices. Where these tools are enabled on our pages, we will provide a way to manage optional analytics and advertising tracking, and obtain consent where required. An advertising opt-out must also apply to related server-side sharing; blocking cookies alone may not stop a server connection. You can contact daniel@aspect-one.org with a privacy or tracking request.
You can manage browser cookies, review Meta Ad Preferences, and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These choices have different scopes and may need to be repeated on other devices or browsers. Meta processes activity on Facebook and Instagram under its own notice; our website choices do not control Meta’s own platform.
For more information, see Meta’s Privacy Policy, Google’s Privacy Policy, and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Security. We use access restrictions and the protections available through our service providers to reduce unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Adults and changes to this policy
Our services are directed to adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices. We will identify the effective date on the published policy and provide additional notice or request permission where required for a material change.
